The Stellar Delux is a bespoke instrument for research and development. Aside from the medical and health areas, a number of our clients that use or are involved in using our Electronic Gem Therapy lamps are working in other disciplines such as alternative and complementary therapists, veterinarians, Vedic Astrologers, meditation & yoga teachers, chakra and light workers, energy balancing; Teletherapy, Radionics, Orgone, Rife frequency researches; hypnotherapists, Theta dream therapy, Ayurvedic practitioners, counsellors life coaching, mystics, etc..
All equipment is guaranteed. All of our business is strictly by Pro-forma Invoice and dispatched by insured road/air transport by UPS delivery service. For security, the Handbooks are sent by separate recorded post. Please note that personal cheques require at least 4 working days for the funds to clear. For all orders, the full price is required prior to dispatch by Insured Air Freight, normally the equipment will be delivered direct to your door via our shipping agent.
Delivery to your door in Europe is typically 3 days. USA, Japan, Australia, New Zealand is 5 to 10 days.
When we dispatch your order, you can track the progress of your consignment on our shipping agents website by typing in the Tracking Numbers we provide you.
Payment is by bankers transfer in Sterling, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros or Australian Dollars and we hold your funds in your submitted currency until you are happy with the apparatus. We require an order letter from you by post, email or fax stating your wish to provisionally order a Stellar Delux Electronic Gem Therapy equipment, subject to payment, to enable us to process the necessary transaction through both banks. If your invoice name and address is different from the delivery address, please advise us of both.
